Some of these 20 questions to get to know someone may seem easy but all of them will give you deep insight into the personality of the one you are asking. For example, in the first question, "Where do you see yourself 10 years from now?", the answer will not only reveal the long term goals of this person, but it will also let you know more about who they are as a person.

If they have big goals and dreams then they are the type of person who is hands-on and likes to make things happen. If they have small plans or none at all, then they are a complacent person and most likely will be in the same point 20 years from now as they are now. And if they don't know what they want to do then they are probably still trying to find themselves and figure out what life is all about.
